Please before proceeding, kindly review all the information provided below, as well as the school’s regulations.

By registering, you agree to abide by the school's rules.

Dear friends,

Funky School of Arts’ goal is to make your dreams come true, grow as musicians, in a pleasant environment that promotes musical and artistic knowledge.

The school, implements regulations aimed at its smooth and orderly operation.

1. Each academic year begins on the 1st of September and ends on the 30th of June. The lesson fees are calculated for the entire academic year and divided into 10 monthly installments, which include bank holidays, Christmas, and Easter breaks. All fees are due within the first 10 days of each month.

2. Attendance is compulsory for the entire duration of the academic year (September – June).

3. In case of termination of studies, the student must notify the school 2 weeks in advance.

4. Lessons not taken due to the termination of the student’s studies are not reimbursed.

5. Simblings attending the school are entitled to a discount on registration, according to the school’s policy.

6. Tuition is dependent on the level of the student as well as the duration of the lesson. If the level/duration of the lesson changes during the academic year, the fees are adjusted accordingly.

7. Tuition fees are not transferred to other students, ever if they are members of the same family, nor are they transferred to another month or another year.

8. In case of late fees, the school reserves the right to decide on the continuation of the student’s studies.

9. Holidays for the School Year 2023-2024: 1st of October, 28th of October, 24th of December till the 6th of January, 25th of March, 1st of May, Easter Holidays, Green Monday, Whit Monday.

10. Loss of a lesson due to a holiday is not to be rescheduled. Same, if a student misses a lesson, rescheduling for another time or transferring the lesson to a different day is not possible.

11. However, if a lesson is canceled by the teacher, a make up lesson will be offered during Christmas, Easter break or in July.

12. If the student for any reason misses the rescheduled make-up lesson, the school and the teacher are not obligated to offer another day or time for the lesson to be done or reimbursed the student.

13. In case a student is absent from a group lesson for any reason, the lesson is not made up or compensated.

14. The presence of parents or friends of the students in the classroom is only permitted after consultation with the school management and the teacher.

15. The school is responsible for the safety of the students only during their lesson. Guardians are responsible for the arrival and pick-up of their children.

16. Students must be punctual to their assigned lesson time. If the student is late, the lost time will not be made up or transferred to a later lesson.

17. Students who wish or need additional exam preparation lessons are charged accordingly for these lessons.

18. The school’s equipment and classrooms are available to students and teachers for the lessons. In case of damage to equipment or classrooms, the school may request compensation.
